We stayed at Treasure Island, a hotel at the beginning of Seven Mile Beach, the main "resort" area on Grand Cayman.  It's not a fancy hotel, but you can snorkel right from the beach.  They also have beautiful landscaping (flowers and waterfalls).  Click on the thumbnail pictures below to see enlargements, and hit the "back" button on your browser when you want to come back to here.
